Tax Humor – Local Earned Income Tax

Employers & employees who reside in PA will both enjoy this humorous and educational 4 minute video of PA Act 32 regarding the new local earned income tax rules that become effective Jan. 1, 2012. Some counties, such as Chester County, elected to adopt the rules effective January 1, 2011, a year earlier than required. While the video was written weeks ago and is thus a little dated, it nevertheless clearly illustrates the confusion about this new law & the onerous compliance requirements.
